Abstract |
Background. The relevance of the topic is associated with an increase in the share of the IT sector. Digital production, the Internet of things, smart contracts and many other trends of the modern economy require increasing the efficiency of software development and support processes. One of the ways to achieve the desired results are the tools for managing the company's key processes.
Materials and methods. The article reviews and summarizes the most effective management methods in IT companies: Agile and Scrum flexible development methodologies, as well as the proposed automation of business processes based on them.
Results. The key business processes of an IT company were examined, their automation was carried out, and the interconnection of processes at the level of the company's business architecture was shown.
Conclusions. To form the business architecture of a company in the IT field, agile and Scrum methodologies of agile development are most in demand. Description and automation of key processes increases the controllability of the development process and the achievement of results with a given quality in planned terms. Processing, rummaging and chaotic management decisions can be minimized if you systematically implement a process approach using the best methodologies in the field of IT.
